ONLINE ADVANCE TICKET PURCHASE (recommended):  Online advance ticket purchases are handled by Brown Paper Tickets.  You will be given the option to either print your tickets at home (best choice) or have your tickets mailed directly to you.  Advance ticket purchases unclaimed 30 minutes after the event start time may be forfeited.  Online ticket purchases will be charged a $1.99 service fee.  No other form of ticket will be issued or provided by the Box Office.  Will Call tickets are not actually tickets - it means your name will be placed on the Audience List.  All Will Call tickets require a photo ID matching the reservation name.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please Note - Some events only offer online advance ticket purchase.  RESERVED TICKETS (reasonably safe alternative but not always available):  Reserved tickets can be reserved in advance and paid for by cash, personal check or credit card at the Box Office on event day or on any day the Box Office is open.  Until paid for in full, reservations (tickets) are not guaranteed.     To Reserve Tickets by Telephone: Call the Box Office at (302) 887-9300 and leave a message with your full name, phone number, date and time of event and the number of tickets needed for each category (Adult, Senior, Student, Child).  Please speak clearly.  Your telephone call will only be returned if there is a problem with your reservation.       To Reserve Tickets by E-Mail:  Send an e-mail to bootlessinfo@gmail.com.  Provide your full name, phone number, date and time of event and the number of tickets needed for each category (Adult, Senior, Student, Child).  You will receive a reply e-mail which we ask you to print out and bring to the Box Office as confirmation of your reservations.  Do not send your credit card information via e-mail.  Reservations must be made at least four (4) hours prior to event start time.  Late reservations may be denied.  All reserved tickets are held at the Box Office until paid for in full.  Reserved tickets left at the Box Office 20 minutes after start time may be forfeited.  At the door credit card transactions will be charged a $2.50 transaction fee.   Please Note - Some events only offer online advance ticket purchase. Reservations will not be accepted. TICKETS AT THE DOOR (risky at times):  Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office 30 minutes prior to event start time.  The Box Office accepts cash, personal check or credit cards.  At the door ticket credit card purchases will include a $2.50 transaction fee.  Events may sell out without prior notice.  Please Note - Some events only offer online advance ticket purchase.  At the door tickets will not be sold.
